Christene (“Chris”) Krupa Downs is an attorney and counselor who strives to apply her prior business and customer service experience to the practice of law.

Chris represents and counsels clients on matters such as will drafting, estate planning, probate and guardianship as well as nonprofit entity formation, tax exemption and nonprofit governance.

She also maintains a small business law practice, including contract review and entity formation.
